In November 2026 we opened the websites of independent shops, restaurants, clinics and trades in Austin, Dublin, Amsterdam, Munich and Manchester. The same few gaps came up again and again.

What owners ask us first

Why did you email me?

We looked at your public website and found something specific we can fix. The email names it and links to a preview made for your business. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

Do you need access to my website?

No. We work only from your public pages. You receive the finished work and a guide for your website builder. If you'd rather we install it for you, you can add us as a temporary editor and remove us afterwards. That is always your choice.

My site is on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. Does that matter?

We check which builder your site uses before we start, and the guide is written for that builder, with the exact menu names and steps.

How do payments and receipts work?

Checkout runs on a secure payment page. You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay, any sales tax or VAT is added there, and your receipt arrives by email.
