1. This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

2. Businesses we contact

We collect publicly available business information: business name, website address, the business contact email published on that website, business category and city, and technical facts about the public website. We use it to find an issue we can fix and to send one business email about it. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business. Every email tells you how to stop further emails, and replying "stop" removes you from our list.

3. Customers

When you buy, our payment provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, order details and anything you send us for the job. We use this to deliver the work, answer questions and keep records required for accounting.

4. How long we keep data

Contact data of businesses that do not buy is deleted within 12 months, or straight away if you ask. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

5. Who we share data with

Only the providers we need to run the service: our payment provider, Cloudflare (website hosting) and our email provider. We never sell data.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it, by emailing support@deltawrought.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
