What owners ask us first

Why did you email me?

We looked at your public website and found something specific we can fix. The email names it and links to a preview made for your business. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

Where do bookings and orders go?

Every request sent from your page reaches your email the moment it is sent, with the customer's name, contact details and what they asked for. You reply to them as you do today.

What happens after the 3 months of hosting?

You choose. We keep your page online for $5 a month, or we send you all of its files for free and you host them wherever you like. Nothing renews without you saying yes.

Do you need access to my website?

Never your password. To put the work live, you add us as a helper on your website (one invite to our email) and remove us when we're done. If someone else looks after your site, we handle it with them.

How do payments and receipts work?

You get an invoice from Payoneer and pay it on Payoneer's own secure page; we never take card details on our site. Any sales tax or VAT is shown there, and your receipt arrives by email. One payment, no subscription.

Can I get my money back?

For a booking page or a one-page website, yes: tell us within 14 days of paying and we refund the full price and take the page down. The Google package is shown to you before you pay and includes one free revision after delivery; it is not refundable once delivered, unless we miss the 24 hours. Read the refund policy.
